General Purpose System Controller

A standard General Purpose System Controller I/O board that is customisable to a wide variety of applications by developing suitable firmware.

8 Relay outputs capable of switching 5A non-inductive loads.
8 Opto-isolated input channels.
16 LED output channels.
4 Analogue Ports (0 to 5V input range).
Serial Interface for communication with PC or terminal.
Either specify the functions you require and we can develop suitable firmware for you, or develop your own firmware and upload via the serial port.
Basic system comes pre-installed with boot-loader firmware so PIC programmer is not required to develop and install user firmware.
Develop firmware in assembly language using free MPLAB software from Microchip website or in C or BASIC using third party compilers. Then take the generated Intel HEX file and upload to the controller using Multibug Boot-Loader software utility.
Based on a PIC16F876A, with multiplexing to expand the ports.
20MHz crystal.
Wide input supply range (9 to 30V) with onboard switching regulator.
